High blood pressure is extremely serious. Over time it breaks down the strength of blood vessels which could lead to them bursting (what killed actor John Ritter). A simple medication like hydrochlorothorothiazide can alleviate the problem and pose almost no side effects. If you can lower it through losing weight and exercising it would be even better.

High blood pressure is called the silent killer; you don't feel that it's high.
You should be checked by your doctor to determine if you do have high BP, and then follow his/her recommendations regarding medication, diet, and exercise. Untreated, it could cause a stroke.

Lower your salt intake, garlic powder as opposed to garlic salt, etc. I haven't heard of sour food helping, I have heard of garlic. If your blood pressure is over 140/90 (that is borderline) please see your dr. about blood pressure med. Take care.
