The way you wrote the question is mistaken.
I think there is also missing information.

400/48= the number of sheets used
answer from above time 2.5 gives you the amount of time needed to cook them all
plug in the 30 in the place of the number from above and rework it backwards
you can do it!

Re-write the question exactly as it is in your math book. the way you wrote it makes no sense.
