Do you mean Pau de Arco bark? Go to a good health food store and buy it to brew into tea! In Peru it's used against leukemia! I had lung removed because of cancer and tried it once. American research shows no results by its use. Personally I believe its probably worthless but look at chemo med Taxol. Originally derived from a yew tree that grows in British Columbia Good luck
