Can you try to imagine that : a guy he's 28 years old .he has HIV and
he keep having sex with young girls (14-16 years old),with or witout using protection.If you knew this guy (he's a family member ) WOULD YOU REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE.......

Any sex offender whether they have HIV or not should be in jail. I wouldn't care if it was a family member or not, I would turn the person in if I knew they were doing it. It may be harder knowing it was a family member but I would still turn them in.

Family member or not I would report him to the police and the public health department, he is a health risk and a pervert since he has sex with such young girls. REPORT HIM

Its sort of rape but underage sex, the girls are willing I presume but hes wrong to put any one at risk doing it bare back weather they are underage or not.
Its a crime to transmit HIV. Willingly to cause possible death on another person is a crime. I hope this answers your question.
If you allow it to continue you are just as guilty as he is. Let your conscience guide you & dont let kids suffer a horrible fate.

Report him already, include the names and addresses of his victims. Every new victim is also your crime of omission for allowing it to continue. If the police do nothing, then castrate him.

report him. for not doing so..you could get yourself in trouble..that is wrong. any sex offender should be put in jail
