Hi. I've got something even better.

According to recent studies conducted by the Pritikin Longevity Center, diabetes starts from too much fat in the diet and insufficient exercise, not malfunction of the pancreas as previously thought. The pancreas continues to produce insulin when you have diabetes but the body becomes insulin resistant. Research has shown that over 90% of diabetes cases can be CURED with diet and exercise. That means that you don't have to have limbs removed due to diabetes-induced gangrene. You don't have to go blind or suffer cardiovascular abnormalities because of diabetes. You can actually REVERSE these conditions with diet (nutrition, not weight loss) and exercise, and the removal of parasites and candida.

Watch the 8-minute non-profit video http://www.rawfor30days.com/view.html , about diabetes diet.
Best of luck.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/Zwn0E

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a bypassing rope, skip for two units, do push ups for one minute, skip for two minutes, rest for one minute. Then change the push around something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will recover results than a long run or swim.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

Only her doctor should be telling when its to high or too low FOR HER! There are normal ranges but this does not take into acount any thing that is personal. You can call your Aunties doctors office or their nurse for this information. Be careful because at 73 the doctor would NOT expect a reading to be the same as mine at 47. And kudo's to you for taking care of your Auntie!!!!

Call your local hospital and ask to speak to their Diabetes nurse. Ask her. If there is such a thing as recommended daily requirements for diabetics she will know about it.

Walk to your co-worker's desk to chat rather than instant messaging.
