It is very rare for that to happen. This happened to myself last year and me being a worrier went to the clinic and had a blood test done. After that I had blood drawn at 3, 6 and 12 months. Usually you need to have a cut or open wound where their blood could possibly meet your blood. (which I had) It would still be a good idea to get checked at your doctor and get their advice. If someone has HIV there is a good chance they could have Hepatitus as well. Best thing to do is just speak to your doctor and get their opinion to give you peace of mind.
