have a resting heart rate of 120 beats per minute surely this cant be right also have constant headache could this be connected

For some people that have palpitations, no heart disease or abnormal heart rhythms can be found so the reason is unknown. That is a pretty fast rate and that could be causing your headache. I would get this checked out now.

pain makes your heart rate and b/p go up. When in doubt, call your doc, or go to ER.
