it's spreading. how do i make it stop. and it burns, and itches. is there any way to stop that too.

You need to see your doctor, to get some preventative tablets, as Herpes is linked to your nervous system.
Caffeine, coca cola, chocolate, high sugary diet, white bread, all the foods that spike your blood sugar, can make the attack quite severe. You need to monitor your stress levels, as it makes it worse.
i know its hard, but you really need to talk to a doctor, and try and prevent the severity of the out break, so you can have a much better life. There are creams that can help the itching. the more you touch it, the more it will spread, but it is really link to how you are feeling.

I got diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about five years back, whilst I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I wish I knew...Sadly i just contracted herpes from my best friends whore of a brother. How he got it I will not say....How i got it I will not say either. Go to the doctor.

See your doctor for medication or see your pharmacist for OTC medication.
