HIV is NOT spread by kissing on the lips however, a child or someone who drinks breastmilk from an infected women then YES. The same for oral sex however, the risk is small.

AIDS definitely does not spread through kissing though it does spread through breast milk, if a pregnant mother has AIDS then there are measures she can take to prevent the baby from getting it then she must make sure she does not feed it on breast milk otherwise it will get AIDS. and no someone cannot get it from cunnilingus unless you have a cut on your tongue!!!....
