Yes.

HPV can be spread by just skin to skin contact with the infected area. So, even if the guy wore a condom, just the rubbing back and forth of the skin during sex can cause a person to contract HPV.

Condoms do not protect you from HPV. Best to not have sex when symptoms are there, but even if none, you can still get it. You catch it from skin to skin contact, you don't even have to have sex and you can get it.
