ok i know this one for a fact AIDS dies as soon as it is exposed to oxygen

Only if your hand has an open area on it where the blood can go into the skin. Otherwise no. HIV is caused by the blood of the virus going into an open wound such as a scratch so I wouldn't worry about it unless you have an open wound it could have went into.

you can only get HIV through SEXUAL contact.
Mosquitos do not carry HIV...they carry other diseases, none of which are here in the U.S. due to cleanliness and not spreading the diseases.
