No cooking is probably easiest: veggie tray with dip, meat, cheese and crackers tray, buy a spinach dip. Hollow out a round loaf of bread, put the dip inside the bread. Break the bread pieces from the inside up and use to dip in the spinach dip. (It's really tasty!) Also have a fruit tray, nuts or pretzels for a snacky addition. Have lots of punch too or put out various pops and coffee and tea.

Well lets see.. A cheese and meat/cracker platter....

Small sandwiches, ham salad, egg salad, tuna.... or even lunchmeat....

or macaroni or potatoe salad, fresh fruit or veggie tray

all those are pretty simple

make small platters... heres a triple combo..
deli meats, cheeses and crackers
carrots, cauliflour, mushrooms and dip
sliced apple, grapes, kiwi and melon

guacamole is nice, and quick. or you can put out assortment of nuts, cheeses, bread, and roasted peppers. have fun!
