i heard you could, and now im afriad to go in one. is this a fact or myth?

Myth. STDs, what do they stand for? SEXUALLY Transmitted Diseases. Hot tubs keep other germs that cause severe diseases to live longer but can not spread sexually transmitted diseases. Go ahead and get it but be sure to shower afterwords!

Heavy chlorination and high temperature helps, but the surounding area around the tub can be very bad. Showering immediately after helps.

It's a myth, definitely. Don't worry (be happy, lol).

Unless, of course, you do something.. ahem.. in the hot-tub. But even then, I doubt it.

If there is no chlorine sure. Just like any swimming pool. You'd probably know if there was no chlorine though, the water would be dirty looking.

very much a fact the temp remains fruitful for the germs to spread i dont do them no more

yes my nephew whom is mow grown he caught herpies around his mouth from a public swimming pool the d.r. said it was from people having SEX not cleaning their selfs and getting in to a pool std travels
