if it's an adult party.....The signature drinks for a fiesta party are margaritas and Corona beer. from: http://www.drinkoftheweek.com/entertain/party_games.htm

Quench their thirst with pre-made or homemade sangria. To make your own, combine a large bottle of sweet, red wine with orange, lemon and lime slices. The authentic Mexican variety also includes a bottle of club soda for each bottle of wine for a spritzer effect. Add sugar or grape juice to taste if you desire a sweeter version. For children or a non-alcoholic version, create yours entirely substitute grape juice for the wine.
Pour pitchers of virgin and regular margaritas. For fun, make frozen and fruit-flavored varieties. Serve in blinking or glowing margarita glasses or add square, wedge-shaped or fruit slice-shaped glowing ice cubes to your already-owned margarita glasses for festive fun.

Margaritas, mexican beer, and sangria! Give people a few options, and maybe make some different margaritas like traditional and then some fun fruit flavors. Sangria is always easy becuase you can make big pitchers of it and set them out on each table, etc. And of course, some people just love a good beer, with a slice of lime!

Yes. Get a big rubberware garbage can, put 3 heavy duty glad liners in it, tape them to the side so they don't fall off, pour 10 gallons of hawaiian punch into it, 4 gallons of everclear, and cut up some oranges, and throw them in. add a bunch of grapes and cherries, and repeat this process until the garbage can is about a foot from full. be very heavy with the fruit. have a cooler of ice next to it, with a lot of plastic cups. you **will** all get drunk. I swear it.

Think tropical or Mexican drinks. Sangria with fruit, margaritas, pina coladas, mojitos, and beer.

margarita, any rum daquiri....
that's what I'd do...buy a bottle of quervo, and a bottle of bacardi light rum, some ice, some margarita mixer, some daquiri mixers, and some rim salt....that is all.
For nonalcoholic drinks try the daquiri mixer with club soda or sprite instead of rum.
