Adrenalin: due to anxiety, excitement, pain, or being "in love".
The adrenalin turns off digestion, makes heart and lungs go into overdrive. Lungs take in more air and your heart pumps harder. Hence, the racing heart and churning tummy.
It all goes away when you relax.

I occasionally have panic attacks that those are the symptoms for me. I become panicky if my emotional security is threatened.
