You're not going to know for sure until you go to the doctor. Many STD's can lay dormant for a long time. It may be that you've just developed an allergy to latex or spermicide.

You need to go to the doctor and get them cultured. There are many problems that show as bumps on and around the genitals. Most are contagious. Some can be cured, some cannot. Condoms do not prevent STD's, they only offer partial protection. Any skin to skin contact puts you at risk. The only sure way to know what you have is to go to a doctor. They see this sort of thing day in and day out. I used to work womens health clinic and learned all about this sort of thing.

Sometimes it' easy to tell, they may vary in size and be bumpy or sometimes flat; but sometimes you will need to have special test to detect them. I'm not sure if it would itch before appearing, but they are really uncomfortable!!!! you may have them on your sex organs or around your anus If you don't have too many, without treatment more will appear so make sure you get treatment before it gets worst.

I would look at pictures online of bumps.
It could just be major razor burn. My friend went to the Dr. once and was freaking out, turns out they were just razor bumps.

If you do have them, they will burn, freeze, or cut them off. I heard it doesn't hurt THAT bad.
