I'm trying to figure that out.

Atherosclerosis is the inability for the vessels to contract and relax in a normal fashion. The arteries lose their elasticity.

I know that things like CoQ-10 and Vitamin E are good for the heart and cleaning the vessels out, but I haven't yet been digging long enough to find out what (in addition to exercise) will return or help your arteries become or retain the elasticity they have left.

Good Luck!
