If you want a sweet mild curry try a Korma. If you want a real Hot curry try a dhansag. or a Vindaloo, but whatever you choose you can make them hot , mild which ever you chose by adding more or less curry powder, and using either fish of any kind, to meat of anykind. good eating.

Lamb Saag Spinach Curry; the sauce is an evil green colour but it tastes great.

Lamb Tikka Jal Frezi........the actual sauce isn't that hot, but then you bite into a lovely piece of chilli pepper and your mouth is on fire for a while! To me it's the tastiest curry, served with egg pilau rice and garlic nan bread, beautiful!
