I had asthma as a kid but i am long gone from it maybe 5 years now. When i play hockey while other players are returning fresh from a 45 second shift i am sucking wind. I also skate harder then them. I also get checked more. Hard. IS there anyway i can improve my stamina?

Swimming and jogging (with some sprinting every once in a while) will help build that stamina.

Get on a good High potency multiple vitamin. Take one every day along with eating a healthy well balanced diet. Eat meat for plenty of the B vitamins or take a separate B complex vitamin.

Drink plenty of water. No junk food or sodas, or sweets.

In a week or so you should notice improvement.
