I need to know where to find recipes. Not any specific recipes, just a bunch of recipes.

Try and get a copy of Yan Kits Clasic Chinese Cookbook. Its full of info on cooking techniques, ingredients and lots of recipies. I've had my copy for years and its well used.

Well, obviously, the best source is cookbooks. You can probably find several, by different authors, in most book stores. Some may even give you background information, as well as the recipes. Unfortunately, that's a bit expensive way to go, although it's the best. You might also check the internet; you can find just about anything there.
