I like Pinakbet, with out the bittermelon vegtable. Adobo is another one of my favorite. Then i love my dad's oxtail soup. I don't think it's filipino, but he's a filipino. My favorite dessert would have to be the suman and the pitchi pitchi.

pancit malabon, dinuguan, sapin-sapin, kare-kare, puto with itlog na maalat at halo-halo. The best.=)
