hmm, tough choice, since the food is quite different. I love my sushi, but would sometimes murder for a good Indian curry or some Chinese or Korean stirfry.
If you make me choose, I would go for Indian. Reason; I can eat it all moments of the day, very flavorful and varied and love to prepare it as well myself.

PWEEESSSEEEEEEE.... don't make me choose... i love all of them!!!
O-K here goes... i prefer to alternate my meals with the cuisines you listed. But as an indication of preference, I do go Chinese AND Indian more than Japanese and Korean; although I cannot pass a week without a Japanese OR Korean meal. Howzzat?

Chinese! It is yummy.
I have tasted the rest in the restaurants.
Japanese is bland.
Indian is too much curry and spicy.
Korean has a spoiled taste.
