I don't know what to do, it's hard to breath. And I always couph up snot like I think its called conjestion or something. And last night I puked up pure conjestion. I feel headacheky all the time, I tried to take Tylonal. I'm 13 yrs. old. I smoke ciggertes I know its really sad for me to say cause i'm only 13. I have'nt had a smoke for about 4 days now, the 4 days I was sick. Any-way what I am trying to say is, could this be from smokeing? I've been smokeing since I was 11.

Yes, but there are also complications that you might be seeing. One of which could be a form of TB, you should go to the doctor for this. Also, dairy products are really bad for congestion of any kiind. Cheese and milk are especially bad since the fats go directly to the lung tissue and your body has to try to get rid of it. I would strongly suggest that you get away from cigarettes. I started smoking at your age. I am now 51 years old and I quit smoking 7 years ago, but that didn't help the emphysema. You need to be careful, dear and take care of that body, it's the only one you get, for better or worse.
