To Reduce High Blood Pressure:
Lose weight if you’re overweight.
Eat a healthy diet low in saturated fat, cholesterol and salt.
Be more physically active.
Limit alcohol to no more than one drink per day for women or two drinks a day for men.
Take medicine the way your doctor tells you.
Know what your blood pressure should be and work to keep it at that level.
What Is Stress?
Stress is a combination of physiological and emotional responses to an event. Some of the physiological responses may include:
Increased heart rate and blood pressure
Sweating
Dry mouth
Tight muscles
Headaches
Some of the cognitive or emotional responses include:
Negative Self-talk
Restlessness
Inability to concentrate
Attitude is important—it affects:
1. How successful you are in achieving your academic and
personal goals
2. How you feel, mentally and physically
3. How you look, what you say and what you do
Do you have a positive attitude?
1. Are you willing to learn, no matter how difficult it is?
2. Do you do your best when studying, and try to improve how you do your work?
3. Do you demonstrate enthusiasm in whatever you say and do?
4. Do you welcome challenges, experiment, try new ideas?
5. Do you have a sense of humor by not taking yourself too seriously?
7 Easy Ways to Develop a Positive Attitude:
1. Be confident
2. Be positive
3. Be punctual
4. Be patient: some things just take time to do
5. Believe in yourself: you are unique in this world, and so are your talents
6. Set goals for yourself: then WORK hard to achieve them
Get fun out of life: don’t take yourself too seriously
Breathing Awareness and Deep Breathing
1. Lie down or sit in a comfortable chair, maintaining good posture. Your body should be as relaxed as possible. Close your eyes. Scan your body for tension.
2. Pay attention to your breathing. Place one hand on the part of your chest or abdomen that seems to rise and fall the most with each breath. If this spot is in your chest you are not utilizing the lower part of your lungs.
3. Place both hands on your abdomen and follow your breathing, noticing how your abdomen rises and falls.
4. Breathe through your nose.
5. Notice if your chest is moving in harmony with your abdomen.
6. Now place one hand on your abdomen and one on your chest.
7. Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose into your abdomen. You should feel your abdomen rise with this inhalation and your chest should move only a little.
8. Exhale through your mouth, keeping your mouth, tongue, and jaw relaxed.
9. Relax as you focus on the sound and feeling of long, slow, deep breaths.
Complete Natural Breathing
1. Sit or stand with good posture.
2. Breathe through your nose.
3. Inhale, filling first the lower part of your lungs then the middle part, then the upper part.
4. Hold your breath for a few seconds.
5. Exhale slowly. Relax your abdomen and chest.
Practice these two exercises, in whatever combination feels best for you, for ten minutes, twice a day.

For High Blood Pressure U must do morning walk for about 2 hrs[Brisk walk],do "Pranayams" & " Yoga",control on Salt,Sugar in regular food.Drink more water at least 7-8 glasses a day.
In Pranayam ...U can do Anulom-Vinilom, Kapal-bhati,Nadi-Shodhan to clear ur nosal tracks for full breathing.
In Yoga ... do some yagasanas which will give you full body exercise to keep U fit.
Eating habits to be controlled instead of full stomach intake u can take food which you actually required...that is half stomach.
You can eat single piece of Garlic everyday morning before your mouth wash & 1/2 Hr after eating[chewing] the Garlick you can have a glass of water to drink & then mouth wash as usual.
This will bring down your BP.

I don't know what's up with Talexa's answer, cuz this isn't a yes/no question. You'r giving to options here. But anyways, I've heard and really believe that sex is good for your health, and does indeed reduce stress and tension.

Are you saying you still dont know the answer to this? do you realise that no alopathic medicine can help you. there is only one safe and inexpensive way to cure all these problems and many more and that is yoga. start watching swami ramdev today and then make your decision. if you cant do anything just do the breathing exercise of yoga pranayaam...and that will be enough.

The best thing I would recomend is to see a physical therpist that prescibes exercise and stuff like that for you. It might cost a few bucks, but it'll pay off later in your life.
