theirs this thing growing on the wall and every time i clean it off it just comes back but 2x bigger. what can i do? im coughing alot and it hurts my throat/lung. can i sue? (residential building)

clean it with straight bleach if that does not do it you need to find the source of the mold probably inside the wall and fix it

You need to get the health department to come in and check this. You have mold but it should be reported. Call your manager first and tell him about it and then if he doesn't want to take care of it then call your health department to check into it for you. Mold can be toxic and is hard to get rid of without spending thousands of dollars so you may want to start looking for new living quarters if they can't get rid of it.

you need to rite away get someone to get rid of the mold. if the coughing hurts ur lungs or chest, go see a doctor immediately. inhaling mold frequently may cause fungi to grow in ur lungs, and sometimes, resulting in pneumonia. (not to scare u)
