Every single plant food you can think of you can eat. Every vegetable, fruit, nut, bean, and grain and tubers(potatoes) and mushrooms. Morning-Star Farms does have one vegan product and it's very good and does taste and look like a beef patty. Unfortunately their other foods does have egg whites in them. Don't forget to read the contents carefully. If you see a product listing called Casein, that's a milk protein, and if you are a staunch vegan then don't buy it. It's usually listed toward the very end of the ingredients, so there is a very small percentage that's in the product. Boca Burger and Garden Patties are also very good.
I have found that the soy milk that is sold in the dairy case tastes a lot better than the products that are sold in the aisle. They taste richer. There's even Chocolate Soy Milk. That's my favorite.

Believe me you can do so much more with plant foods than you can with meats and dairy products and your cholesterol count will go down drastically. Course you probably already know that.

Anything and everything without animal products.

There's no such thing as a food that's only for vegans.

Any food that is not animal in origin is vegan. That means no meat, no lard, no butter, no fish oil, no cow, goat or sheep milk, no cheese made from animal milk, no eggs, no fish and no poultry.
