blue cheese with crackers
gorgonzola with fresh toast
English chedder and bisquits
some Edam,Swiss Ementhaler and Gruyere,with crackers
i like Boirsin on pumpernickle
philadelphia cheese spread on tooast with pine apple and ham
add some liver Pate as well on toast ,and
a variety of wine ,some dry white ,a claret and a rose
when is dinner ,i like cheese

Brie, Provolone, Camembert and Gorgonzola - served with grapes and crackers are excellent for a party!
...when i go to parties, I always see this combination on the cheese platter and it's always popular with the guests...

a good Cheddar i love tillamook then a good Swiss like Jarlsberg then a good blue like Stilton and a brie or Camembert try st Andres
or a soft cheese like Muenster

I would do cheddar, muenster and gouda, for a twist I would get a "flavored" cheese like bacon cheddar or pepperjack.
