Just put them in a pre-heated oven. Every so often you could give them a shake and sprinkle salt and vinegar on them for flavour. There is also that 1cal oil spray you can get aswell.

Cut potatoes to desired size.
Spray a bit of EVOO on a cookie sheet to prevent sticking
Bake the Chips at 350
After about 10 minuets Flip them onto the other side and continue baking.

Take them out when desired doneness is achieved!

Salt immediately after taking them out of the oven!

I do them two different ways, Slice them thin, season with sea salt, and microwave using a micro chip maker (about 3 dollars at walmart) for 8 minutes or until crisp. You can also dehydrate them (I use a dehydrater but imagine you could do them in a low oven-google it) They are so much tastier without the oil-you taste just the potato. mmmmm made me hungry now!

Red potatoes, well scrubbed
Salt
black pepper
Non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 150C/300F. Spray a cookie sheet with your non stick cooking spray. Slice the potatoes really, really thin and put them on a thin layer across the cookie sheet. Sprinkle them with the spices. Bake until they're crisp, approximately 10-15 minutes.

You can buy the frozen oven baked fries. You just put them in a pan and put them in the oven - no oil.

just put them in a baking tray in the oven - they shouldn't stick. Or you can use fry-light spray oil - virutally no calories but stops things sticking to the baking tray

just put them on a baking tray in the oven. You can use low-cal spray oil so they are not TOO dry.
