I am Indian, so naturally I love the Sichuan & Hunan dishes.
Also, love Indian Chinese food -- that's in a class all by itself!

I could eat it seven days a week, I prefer over a hamburger and fries. Yes, I love all of it! Cantonese, Szechuan, Mandarin, etc. With fish, meat, the pork is heavenly.

I liked it when I was in college because it was cheap.
Now that I have a good, developed palette, I hate it. No matter what type of Chinese (or Asian) restaurant I go to, it still tastes like that college crap sitting under a heat lamp.
