I want PERMANENT. I want the dye for HIGLIGHTS. OK NOW ANSWER THE QUESTION.

Any salon that sells dye more than likely. Sally's in particular I love that store! (You can check them out on-line) I know that there are also shades of black that in the light look very blue too you might want to check out! Have fun and good luck!

Use blueberry koolaid, the sugar free packets. Like 5 packets. Add a tiny bit of water to make into a paste. Wear latex gloves for both.
Bleach out your hair. After you have bleached it and dried it a bit,
smear the blue paste into hair and leave on for 30 mins. Rinse and condition.
PS you may want to smear some vaseline on ears and forhead and back of neck to avoid blue skin.

You could allwayz go to Hot Topic and they have it for spikes but you can still use that to dye the whole head. Just buy a little more. Bout 3 or 4 tubes.

I used to get mine at Karma. It lasts like 6-8 weeks but the bottle is for 2 uses depending on th length of your hair.

Open the yellow pages and look for clothing stores that sell "punk" Call them, they'll know also "Spencers" in the Malls

Try Hot Topic. They tend to have a lot of different hair colors. Keep in mind that you may have to bleach your hair to get the color to show.

go to a goth store ,or keep highlighting your hair blue till it is all blue!!have fun XD
