Dead? They can't come if they are dead.

Anyhoo..I don't know about just 6 guests. That would take days to think about.

Off the top of my head, I can tell you people that come to mind just for fun. (living and dead)

Whoopi Goldberg
Dianne Keaton
Martin Luther King Jr.
John Lennon
Woody Allen
Elton John

Isambard Kingdom Brunel because I'd like to understand why such a brilliant Civil Engineer was such a crap locomotive designer.

Adolf Hitler - to ask, why?

Henry VIII - as per Hitler.

Marcus Tullius Cicero because he was a brilliant man, very logical and a great humanitarian. Would be a good foil for the previous two.

Michael Faraday because he was the 'father of electricity' and a great communicator.

Clement Freud because he is also a brilliant man and would make a great conversationalist.

1.)Sammy Hagar, a party animal with common sense and a good outlook on life.
2.)Tom Hanks because I always liked him because he seems to be at ease in any situation.
3.)Diedrich Bader(Oswald from The Drew Carey Show)because he is funny in an oddball way.
4.)Parminder Nagra, who is dark, most beautiful, and intelligent.
5.)Lady Diana Spencer, Lovely and intelligent, with a good heart.
6.)Shania Twain, Incredibly lovely, country, and cares about the worlds children.

Everyone would of course be encouraged to bring a dinner date.

I did just that last night. I hosted a lovely fondue party for my 12 year old daughter and 4 of her friends. I spread a big shower curtain in the middle of the living room floor, and placed my dual chamber fondue pot in the middle. The girls gathered around and dunked garlic potatoes, mozzerella cheese bites, tater tots, garlic bread chunks, breadsticks, steamed brocolli and jumbo pasta shells into alfredo and spagetti sauces. They were giggling up a storm, and truly loved the experience. For dessert they had bananas, marshmallow, and fresh fruit to dunk in chocolate and caramel fondues. We do this on a monthly basis, and it is always great fun.

wow, what an amazing question!!! Really got me thinking now!

First and foremost, i would invite my Grandma (sadly deceased) as she is my inspiration, and I live my life based on the lessons she taught me.

2) Freddie Mercury. - I would love to know what he was really like, I`ve always felt he had serious issues and I`d like to talk to him about his life, his thoughts and his feelings.

3) The Queen, minus any kind of entourage, just Liz on her own!! Something tells me she has a wicked sense of humour, a really dry wit and I think we would get on well!!!

I`m stuck!!! just racking my brains for some more!!

4) Buddy Holly. He is by Dads idol, and I`d love to share a meal with him, for my Daddy.

5) My Dad, otherwise he would kill me for having dinner with Buddy and not inviting him

6) Peter Kay, to make us all laugh!
