I love warm homemade chocolate chip cookies right from the oven. I also like to eat the raw cookie dough before it even gets on the cookie tray.

Yes I love cookies especially oreos and the vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies from Trader Joes.

My favorite desert!
Here is one of my favorite recipes:
Yummy Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
1 ¼ cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt, (optional)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Heat oven to 350 °. Beat together margarine and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla: mix well. Add combined flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack; cool completely.
Betcha can’t eat just one!

I am a huge fan of Newman-O's...the Ginger-O's and the chocolate ones with mint. I also love other kinds like chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, but I only stock the former at home. The latter are for the occasional out-and-about treat! Okay, where's my glass of milk??

I Like Cookies! With milk! But the hard cookies aren't really good... But sugar cookies and oreos are really good!!! But oreos with milk is good!
