I surprised at you and all but the last two answerers. If you are diabetic, why didn't you check your blood sugar when you felt this? Whenever I feel weird, I check my blood sugar. I've never had hypoglycemia, so I'm not aware of that feeling, but checking your bg sure sounds like a much easier and surer way of finding out than asking a bunch of strangers. Are you new or something?

I am a diabetic and have been since age 12 and am now 49. I am a type 1 taking 2 shot s daily. I agree with those that say You should get a glucometer if you don't have one already,so that you can test your blood sugar NOT just when you feel like this but regularly. Carry kind of juice with you. This gets sugar into your blood stream faster than candy or other food. If your glucose level is low or high take it seriously. your family needs you. and as someone else said It's never a bad idea to call your doctor. If your doctor isn't concerned get another doctor!!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Sounds like low blood sugar. Inform the doctor. Personally, my sugars dropped to 1 in 2004 and I was taken by ambulance. They said if I had gone to sleep I may have gone into a coma.

You should get a glucometer so that you can test your blood sugar when you feel like this. Carry little cans of apple juice with you. This diffuses faster into your blood stream instead of candy or other solid food. It's never a bad idea to call your doctor.

The best advice for you - get a meter. If you're shaky your blood sugar is probably low, but it's unwise to depend on a diagnosis from someone online - unless it's doctor treating you specifically.

When the sugar level goes down drastically, you get this sinking feeling. You should always keep some toffees with you and immediately take them in such situation. Also get the sugar level checked as soon as possible and consult your doctor.
