i want to know lettuce has 0 calories and carrotts have 0 calories. how do you take that and turn it into 15 calories per serving/

Carrots have Cal's in them they are full of sugar just ask any diabetic they put my blood sugar up if I eat more than 1/4 cup

And according to the diabetic assoc of Canada they are not a free food meaning the have Cal's in them

I know lettuce is 0 calories, but I think carrots have a few not very many but a few calories and there is also cabbage in those premix salads as well .

Carrots do not have 0 calories. Carrots contain a fairly high amount of naturally occuring sugar. That's why they taste so sweet. If someone told you that they were calorie free, they didn't know what they were talking about.

carrots have calorie and lettus too
carrots contains sugar and that's calories

if you want to add calories to your salad just add sunflower seeds
