There are many baking recipes I want to try with Marshmallows. I know that they have gelatin in them. Can you only order the vegan ones or can you fidn them at health food stores or do you order them on line?
Thanks

You can find Ricemallow fluff at many health-food stores. If you live an a way cooler area than where I live, you might be able to find vegan marshmallows there.

These sites not only have vegan marshmallows, but sometimes chocolate covered ones as well.

Go to the discounted area of the sites. One of these has *irregular* marshmallows. You can buy a bag for about 70 cents because they are not the right shape.

:)

To make it worth your while with shipping etc., you may want to check out their vegan donuts and other good stuff.

Email info@veganstore.com and they will tell you if there is a store in your area that carries them. You can also buy them online here: http://www.veganstore.com/850.html

I've found that the Ricemellow (vegan fluff) works as a good substitute in many recipies and it's easier to find in stores. The local health food place told me that the marshmallows don't have a very long shelf life and Pangea only sells them by the case, so the store stopped selling them because they had to discard too many packages that didn't sell quickly enough. Not a problem with the Ricemellow though.

OMG YES!
I love gelitine free marshmellows =]
But I think you can only buy them in health food stores.
I'd go online to look at what food stores have in stock
