Sodium Caseinate. I suppose this question is for Vegans, and Vegitarians that are against the consumption of dairy products. from what I know about this product, it is a high-quality milk protein product. But, due to the way that it is processed, the FDA has deemed it non-dairy, although it is a milk derivative. It is mainly used in non-dairy coffee creamer. So, do any of you use non-dairy coffee creamer, and do any of you already know about this product. And, I guess, my main question is, if so, are you ok with it?

I'm not a vegan, nor a vegetarian. I don't want any alternatives, nor suggestions. I simply want your opinion on the subject. What you think of Sodium Caseinate.

You, know, I want to thank you for all your answers, but I think I've come to a conclusion on why the FDA has deemed it non-dairy. I haven't had the time to research this, as I've been busy, but I'm sure it would be for allergen reasons. It is considered non-dairy, because All allergens are removed, and therefore, people with dairy allergies can consume non-dairy creamer. I don't think vegetarians/vegans were who was in mind when this product was deemed non-dairy. I still would appreciate your opinions though on if you do consume this product.
