It's easier to ask what doesn't have protein! Pure sugar, pure starch and pure grease have no protein. Everything else has at least some.

1. Spirulina is the richest source of protein available on earth. It is a blue green algae. Packets of them in processed form are available at Sunova.
2. Plant protein examples are: Soya beans, peanuts, Dal etc.
3. Animal protein examples are: meat, egg, milk etc.

there are two major sources
the first is from animal production
the second is from plant
the beans company "family" almost the richest
it is ad viced to eat two sorts of plants rich protein in order to cover the needs of animal production

The best and more complete is soy bean (for vegetarians). In different ways like: tofu, soy milk, soy cheese, etc.
All kind of grains, nuts and cereals.
