You have misinterpretted the information. It takes 250 points to get to level 2 and you just lost 5 of the points you had by asking this question. You should have gone to the forem to ask this type of question where it would not cost you your points to ask the question. You will have to answer several more questions before you reach level 2.

You have to get 125 more points to get to leve 2. Level 2 starts at 250 points.

you need 250 total points to get to level 2
what you probably read is you need 120 more points to get to level 2
and your in the wrong section!!
you lost 5 points by asking a question

u shuld have 250 pionts to reach level2.when u have 130 points, it means u need 120 more points to reach 250 points and go to level2

actually you have 125 i think u need 245+
