It could be from dust mite turds.

Sometimes I sneeze such as in the morning b/c of change in body temperature.
And as the other poster said sometimes dust can make one sneeze too.

because we can't sneeze while asleep .upon waking sneezing clears all the dust and what ever may have been taken in through the nose .

maybe dust in the air or in your pillow you might need a new pillow or an ionic breeze to help purify the air and take out dust particles in the room

Could be alot of dust in the air ....or maybe something from your bed/ blankets !!
