I have had high blood pressure and fast pulse the last 2 days.
I noticed I didn't have my coffee today or yesterday.
Anyway I noticed immediately my blood pressure go down.
(even took it with my monitor)Its been very high all day.
My heart rate slowed also.
Anyone have experiences like this?

Coffee contains caffeine, caffeine is a stimulant, diuretic & a heart jitter.
I love coffee but sometimes when I'm stressed out, I think it's not good for me coz it can cause migraine & palpatation. (- -,)

Could be your body wants it's caffiene & it's okay in moderation. I know I get severe headaches if I miss my coffee.
