i don't know what you want to know about it, if you have it the doctor must have explained it to you or all you have to do is google it. but anyways its nothing too serious can cause mild pain I'm thinking it must be mid back by the thoracic part, but it can and most often gets worse over the years and as you probably already know can cause problems interfering with other organ functions or cause some obstructive airway diseases from pressing on your diaphragm over time. but you say slight so it can also be reversed matters why you have and what you got it from. i also can safely assume he suggested physical therapy, you can also google the stretches you should be doing to make it a bit more comfortable and over time if done routinely should improve the curvature of the spine

means the curve in the upper part of the spine, that begins at where rib # 1 starts, is curved slightly to the left.

Levoscoliosis - main curve of the spine is curved to the left side of the body.
Thoracic refers to the midback; the region of the backbone, including: the tweleve vertebrae T1-T12, the nerve elements (spinal cord and nerve roots) inside them, and all supporting structures that join them together

Hi !!!

I am no doctor but, I believe that what it means is " a slight curve of your spinal bone at the level of your thorax", which is more or less form the middle of your back to probably at the lower base of your neck.

This is pretty treatable, and the treatment usually is very successful.

Continue visiting your doctor, and remember that is always good to have a second professional opinion, of your condition!!!

GOD BLESS YOU & HAPPY LIFE
