I can definitely relate to you. I was diagnosed as type 1 diabetic over 34 years ago (if you do the math, that makes me 43 - lol), and have had an "interesting" time, to say the least. Despite good control, I've dealt with complications from neuropathy, to retinopathy (last laser treatment in 1985, and everything is till fine, with 20/20 vision), heart disease (triple bypass in 1997), hypertension, hypoglycemic unawareness due to kidney disease, and ESRD, resulting in a SPK (Simultaneous Kidney Pancreas) transplant in 1992, and an isolated Kidney transplant in 1999. (I'm on the list again for SPK, as the last kidney I got is starting to go after 8 years). I think the hardest time, beside the renal failure which I was expecting (it was a slow process), was the swings in blood sugars that were a bit of a problem during adolescence, when the metabolism and body chemistry changed. Thank goodness that is over a llloonnnnngggg time now. :-) If you want to chat, or want to know more, feel free to e-mail!

I am a diabetic also. I am 46 years old. I have had it for nearly 10 years. I have some problems with my gluclose levels. They never seem to stay where they are supposed too. I eat all the right foods most of the time. Sometimes I fall off the wagon and eat something I shouldn't. I don't always remember to check my gluclose. I am due to go see the Dr. for my four month test, but I keep forgetting to make an appt. Sometimes I think I have alzheimers, but they tested me for it and I don't. My gluclose levels stay really good when I walk. I try to walk a mile a day, but don't always get too. I think I only had one diabetic reaction. I'm not sure because I have never had one before. I got really sick and felt kinda faint. It took me a little to feel better after I ate.

No, but check this out--
According to recent studies conducted by the Pritikin Longevity Center, diabetes starts from too much fat in the diet and insufficient exercise, not malfunction of the pancreas as previously thought. The pancreas continues to produce insulin when you have diabetes but the body becomes insulin resistant. Research has shown that over 90% of diabetes cases can be CURED with diet and exercise. That means that you don't have to have limbs removed due to diabetes-induced gangrene. You don't have to go blind or suffer cardiovascular abnormalities because of diabetes. You can actually REVERSE these conditions with diet (nutrition, not weight loss) and exercise, and the removal of parasites and candida.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.
And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

For the past 3 years I have suffered daily with neuropathy. Well it’s been just 1 week and I just cannot put into words how brilliant my results have been. I have absolutely no more hyper sensitivity and no more agonizing burning pains. I can’t explain it, but this thing works. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your secret with me.
