Jenny, I see you are new to yahoo Answers so I will try to help you as much as Possible. Everything you are experiencing is Normal if you are gonna have Anal Sex. It is important to clean yourself very well before and after Anal Sex. When you are having Anal Sex it is possible for the Fluids to run elsewhere, thats why it is so important to clean yourself good afterwards, to prevent vaginal Infections. Do not worry about the light Brown Substance, considering on the area you are in, it is quite Normal.. You are learning, Be safe :)

Normally as soon as you finish having anal sex you go straight to the toilet to do a poo- my partner and I don't use condoms for anal so the semen comes straight out which is the main reason for going to the toilet. I am guessing that the substance would be poo but it would be concentrated due to lubricant or the condom so it would appear very transparent. This is common after anal sex so I wouldn't stress too much about it. Just ask your doctor if you are concerned.

Unless you are in extreme pain, then don't worry too much. If you begin to pass large amounts of blood in your stool, then that could be worrisome. Both hemorrhoids and injury can cause bleeding. But neither should be huge amounts. By huge amounts, I mean more blood than stool (way more, not just a spot, but A LOT).
It sounds like you have cleaned yourself well, so don't scrub any more or put anything in your rectum (like douche or soap). These will cause more irritation.
The semen will not hurt your anal canal. Your rectum and your vagina are separate anatomical sites, so you do not have to worry about the semen contaminating directly from the rectum.
Overall, you are likely fine. People have anal sex everyday without condoms. As long as your husband is STD free (he presumably is), then the semen and discharge from your anus is not too worrisome. The discharge is likely seminal fluid, stool, andmaybe a little mucus. Nothing harmful.
If you have more questions, then call your doctor. Anal sex will inflame hemorrhoids, so you may need to have those re-evaluated at your next appointment. Best of luck.

You have asked this question 5 times in the last half hour. Stop it.
You had piles and you did it again? Well....what do you expect. It's an exit, not an entrance.
