she went to the GYN 6 months ago and she has no STD's or anything but she has these bumps of pimples on the inside of her vaginal lips. doctor said soaks and anti-bacterial soap but this hasn't worked, she called doctor yesterday and was told well there is nothing wrong but if they bother you go to dermatologist. My friend doesn't want to go to the dermatologist because the only ones around her are male. does anyone have any idea what these are and how to get rid of them?? she said they don't hurt but she has a whole bunch of them and they are like pimples with really dry puss?? she said once in a blue moon one will swell up really bad and hurt a bit but most of the time they don't bother her other than embarrassing. I have never heard of this so I can't even begin to guess??
she had a very bad experience with a male doctor about 10yrs ago and doesn't trust them still. I thought if someone here had experienced the same problem she could be pointed in the right direction

I have that problem too...not often, once-in-awhile...it's just a nuisence...it doesn't mean anything and it's not infectious...
I use Ultravate ( but it's prescription only, from a dermatologist).
I don't see male Dr's if I can get out of it either...

Maybe they are ingrown hairs. best bet it to drive a bit and go to another doc. you should tell your friend that not all doctors are like the one she had a bad experience with. maybe you could be in the room with her to provide support if she is OK with it. i stay with my best friend in the gyno [i stay by her head] and she much calmer... i hope you figure it out!!!i myself have been a Vitim of unknown skin problems. i have had 9 problems an the doctors didn't know what they were. any of them. it is very frustrating!!!

It sounds like ACNE...in her private area.Go out in the..sun out in your private back yard may help..so can GOLD BOND....or some antibiotic cream.....
