the best thing to do is read the instructions and see if its ok to use it on small children. if your still unsure ask the chemist or g.p

i would assume it to be fine as long as the child is not in to close proximity to the steam and have the door open to the room for good circulation. If u really have any respiratory concerns i would contact a clinic or the baby's doc. they may say other wise.

No, it will be to hard on them. If the baby is sick and its premature, you should take it to see a doctor. Young infants can get what is called RSV, a viral infection in the lungs that can be serious.

Not unless you check with the pediatrician first. I would think it might be too harsh on a a preemie's delicate breathing system.
