Pneumonia?

Ok what if brown phlem, dry cough, difficulty breathing, chest pain, nose congestion but no fever is Pneumonia? does it sound like it. (also quit smoking so brown phlem could be that) I strain with my cough alot and it makes my chest sore i guess but I also get some specs of brown orange.

doesn't sound like pneumonia. You should go the docs and get checked out just to make sure.

Sounds more like bronchitis
