cuz they have a lot more orders on a friday so they r rushing to get them all out asap, so they dont have enough time or patience to wait for the chips to cook properly

Our Chinese takeaway chips are better than the Chippies across the road from them! But a heck of a lot saltier. So I'd say it's a local chef thing.

i know what you mean i have yet to got good chips from a Chinese its like they just dont have that gene or something its weird i say stop givin yourself a headache about it jus stick to the old fried rice
