Can aspirins increase chances of Mac Degeneration?

Heard a news article this week that prolong use of the Aspirins, because of it blood thinning capabilities, might effect the back of the retina(?)

Macular degeneration is another Entity, bleeding is another, in normal therapeutic dose upto 75Mg it's normal unless you have some blood order.
