I was just wondering if anyone knows if Apple Cider Vinager was good for Diabetics? If it is good, how much of it should be consumed and what is the best way that it can be consumed? 1 tablespoon in 1-8 eight ounce glass twice per day or how much and/or how?

Also, are there any foods that would have Apple Cider Vinegar so you could consume the stuff by drinking it in liquid?

I usually just put 2-3 teaspoons in a small glass of ice tea. I've tried it in water, but I cannot stand the taste. In ice tea, it actually tastes good. Make sure if you buy it that you get the raw orgainc kind. The processed filtered stuff won't help. You can buy it in the organic section of the grocery store. I use Braggs. By the way, don't get the pill form. The aren't as good.

I have put a link about apple cider vinegar and what it helps below
