It depends on what type of diabetes you have: Type 1 cannot be controlled without insulin - Type 2 can, but only if it hasn't progressed to the point where the beta cells have stopped producing insulin completely.
Diabetes is a very serious condition that should be controlled with assistance from a doctor - s/he will be able to tell you if you are a candidate for diet/excercise control or if you have to add medication to your factors so that the diabetes doesn't go uncontrolled and causes complications

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Absolutely if your talking about Diabetes2. I assume you are so with out a doubt it can be controlled and eliminated by a well-balanced diet that your Doctor can give you, as they all have the standard Diabetic Diet, follow it through, with walking or exercise everyday and within 4-6 weeks you'll be amazed!!!!!!!!!!!! My mother followed through and 6 weeks later her blood sugar was normal and 3 years later her blood sugar has been normal, no meds ever needed and probably never will. Soooooooooooo be on your way to Good Health!!!!!!!!!!!

It really depends on how severe your diabetes is. Some people, like my mom, can control it with dieting and exercise. Others have to diet, exercise AND are insulin dependent. It really depends and that is something to talk about with a doctor.

Type 2 diabetes can be controlled and even reversed with diet and exercise, but you must be very vigilant. It is not something that you could do without a doctor's oversight.

it is possible for some but not for all. Type 1 no not at all. Some type 2's yes a good diet and exercise may be all youd need. But again this doesn't apply to all.

You have to watch what you are eating and do exercise and obviously take your blood to check your level and adjust your insulin to suit, it is also very hard for a diabetic to get pregnant and you would need to check all this with your doctor as your insulin will have to be adjusted if you ever got pregnant, Good Luck

Yes and no. If you are a type 2 diabetic..then it is more common to control your glucose with exercise and a healthy - low sugar diet; however, a type one diabetic will struggle without insulin....infact..yea..you'll die without it..so I do not advise a type one to try to manage without insulin..
- Diabetes is not measured by severity.. no one has it worse than anyone else.. it is * how well YOU controll it*.....so the next time someone says "so n so has diabetes bad" please correct them... they are WRONG.
